Depending on the time of year and the type of rate, when booking directly on the official website, you have the advantage of paying at the hotel reception for most of your reservation. For more information, contact us via email or phone.

There is a private parking lot next to the hotel, where we have some parking spaces available at a daily rate of €10 (from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day). It is advisable to make your reservation in advance via email or phone due to the limited number of spaces.

There are also several public parking lots within 500 meters of Hotel do Carmo, such as Almirante Reis, Anadia, Oudinot, and others.

Children who share a room with 2 adults receive a discount on meals. If they are under 2 years old, they stay for free and can be accommodated in any type of room (standard or room with balcony) in a crib.

Children up to 12 years old (when sharing a room with 2 adults) receive a 50% discount on meals (available only in a family room).

Yes. On the terrace you’ll find our swimming pool with impressive 360º views of the city of Funchal.

Check-in (entering the hotel) is from 2pm and check-out (leaving the hotel) is until 12 noon. The rooms are usually ready by 2pm. If you arrive earlier, we can store your bags at reception and start exploring the city. Just like on your departure day, we’ll keep your bags until your departure time.

Yes. On the ground floor you’ll find our restaurant where a delicious buffet breakfast is served. Opening hours: 07.30am-10.00am.
